Lucid Patent, LLC is a Minneapolis, Minnesota based company. We provide Freedom To Operate charts that enable our client to quickly and inexpensively clear their products from patent infringement. Lucid Patent is an information services company – not a law firm. We regularly work directly with clients or through client’s agent or client’s counsel.

Lucid Patent was formed in 2007. However, the principles for our services and our FTO Charts have been developed over several years.

Our FTO Charts where originally developed for the IP law firm Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner (www.slwip.com), who for a long time has been known for its willingness to apply advanced technology and innovative methods in a pursuit to deliver the best quality and value for their clients.
